Aura Cleansing

Energy healing methodologies for your energy field.

Do you know you  need to cleanse energy field?

      Energy field is one's bio-electromagnetic aura or waves that surrounds the body. This energy interacts constantly with others. It is uncommon that we take on some of these energies from others. Just take an example from our interaction with friends and family members, the mood or their expression of feelings can be contaminated into yours, be it positive or negative. You would bring back their energy fields back home and the results show how you behave thenceforth.


      It is usually do not serves us well to absorb others auras into our own energy fields, of course with some exception. We can also absorb unwanted energies from our own thought forms (usually negative ones), places that have accumulation of strong negative or positive energies (white or black energies) and therefore any of these foreign energies could tip the scale of balance of our own energy field, rendering us unease!!

     We'd often feel  tired, not feeling our true self, unbalanced due to blockages of energies. Not  to worry, we can clear these blockages of energies through various aura cleansing techniques.There are number of  techniques available on the internet that you could try yourself. The simplest way is "bliss bath" using salt, visiting place of worships (e.g temples, churches, mosques or holy places). Doing aura cleansing should make us more wholesome, energized, happier and more balanced.

Simple morning breakfast

Thosai, Banana & Vegetable Pau & H2O after 1/2 an hour. Enough calories until the next hunger
Eat when you are hungry. How do we know that we're really hungry?

1.Look for a slow build of hunger. Physical hunger starts slowly while emotion hunger comes in a sudden.

2. Listen to the stomach growl.....

3. Ask self what the body wants to eat..

4. Wait fr a few minutes ( appx. 10 minutes)

5. Sip a glass of water ( to check on false hunger)

6. If hunger persist, then EAT !!

Spicy Juice

Juice Recipe:
  • 3-4 big carrots
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 3-4 red radish (round variety)
  • 1 red pepper
  • ¼ lemon
  • 1-inch ginger
Note: Reduce amount of radish and ginger if you don’t like it too spicy. Reducing these will also reduce the warming effect of the juice.
