Waste accumulation is the cause for many disease and its elimination is identified as disease. In there is no disease at all and therefore to avoid any further accumulation of waste, the following basic rules need to be adhered:

  1. Eat only when you are hungry.
  2. Drink water and only water, when you feel thirsty. Wet your lips and throat and do not consume more than two gulps at a time.
  3. The food you consume should have all the six tastes. Processed food does not contain all the six tastes.
  4. Avoid milk, curds and other animal products containing animal proteins.
  5. Use only rock salt. Do not consume free flowing salts.
  6. Store mineral water in an earthen pot before consumption.
  7. Chew the food well so that all the tastes are digested in the mouth. We should swallow only the tasteless well macerated food. (Drink the food).
  8. More than 50% of the diet should be from fruits, salads & sprouts.
