Body is your own doctor

Not many of us are aware of our own body function except to have food, drink, waste release and other basic instinctive needs to survive. Do we really understand our own body? Perhaps, just perhaps those who are in the medical field have elevated knowledge of body functions from the modern  perspective or outlook. Otherwise, average people really may not grasp the fundamental of human body. However, how these people use these knowledge in day to day living, remains much to be desired. Let us selfie our inner organs. How many of us are so much in love with these organs as compared to the external part that got more preference? Lets love them more than others. Say, "I LOVE YOU" more than you can say! They are your own doctor!! Respect and care them and they'll take care of us as long they could, yes for a very long time......perhaps 120 years young!!

Anatomy of an Illness as Perceived by the Patient: Reflections on Healing Cousins served as Adjunct Professor of Medical Humanities for the School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he did research on the biochemistry of human emotions, which he long believed were the key to human beings’ success in fighting illness.
